Mead

Mead (n)- a fermented beverage made from water, honey, and yeast.

Our Mead is the oldest known fermented beverage, predating beer and wine. Mead is a very versatile beverage. It can be sweet or dry, still or carbonated, high to low alcohol, and flavored with almost anything!

Our current meads are a modern session style, meaning they’re lightly carbonated and lower alcohol. They’re crisp, clean, and refreshing!

Regular Offerings

Traditional

Dry 6% abv This mead is completely dry, slightly tart, with a light finish.

Blackberry

Semi-Sweet 6% abv Using northwest blackberries, this mead is delightfully sweet with a slightly tart finish

Hopped

Dry 6% abv Dry-hopped with El Dorado and Citra Hops, this mead has a crisp, floral, citrusy finish

Lavender

Semi-Sweet 6% abv Infused with Wenatchee Valley lavender, this off-dry/semi-sweet mead has just the right amount of lavender!

Hibiscus & Lime - Small Batch Series - #4

Off-Dry 5.5% abv Hibiscus with a light lime finish
